On this page, you can specify line by line which fields should be filled in during import and with which information to fill them.
As seen in the "DW Setup", it is possible to create purchasing documents or journal lines from DocuWare via a search mechanism.
In the setup, you can use the action "Start Automatic Import from DocuWare" to create a task queue entry that automatically searches for documents to be transferred in docuware.
Within DocuWare, the search value in the search field is filtered and all information is written to the journal/purchasing document according to the mapping.
The journal is emptied before processing so that no duplicate data is present.
The purchase documents are retained, which is why a corresponding index value must be transferred after import.
