Automatic Archiving
Have all receipts archived on the server in DocuWare automatically. This way, you can ensure that no receipts will be lost and that they can be activated anytime again. They can also be archived revisionproof
in accordance with legal regulations.
Document Display
Using a new button in the BC menu bar, you can activate the corresponding receipt directly from DocuWare or have complete files, for example, all order-relevant documents, displayed. You can also open incoming invoices from within the book sheet.
Data synchronization
Bi-directional synchronisation of all relevant data ensures that DocuWare and Dynamics 365 Business Central are consistent. Thanks to the automation, users must not carry out any manual activities - whether for recording or for archiving.
