If the agreed number of envelopes (envelopes/documents) is exceeded without reordering, applabs will charge an increased price per envelope by a factor of 1.3 (incl. support).
The increased price is valid from the first envelope after exceeding your own quota.
Example: 500 envelopes booked = quota. Signing the 501 envelope => recalculation with the increased price including factor.
Usually one increases the contingent together before expiry and an overrun at the same or better conditions, so that an overrun with an increased factor usually does not come into effect.
An increase of the quota can be done in steps of 100.
